• Review production plan & set up operation following plan.

• Management MES/ERP data input (production output, scrap rate, line running analysis, manpower, part other usage).

• Handle & control of scrap & rework part.

• Make report preventive/ corrective action.

• Control raw material to provide production. Control 6M change, traceability for material, semi-finished products and finished products

* Manufacturing Quality Engineer (Kỹ sư Quản lý Chất lượng Sản phẩm)

1. Establishing line's standard (Process inspection standard/ Outgoing inspection standard/ Limit sample,...)

2. Regular job: Reliability test, process audit, product audit, MSA

3. Leader of Process failure/ Quality Issue in daily line containment and corrective action,...) and control process quality improvement (Control annual quality target, make report, analysis quality problem,...

4. Internal 6M change:

- Review 6M change request (customer need or only internal approval)

- Verify/control of 6M change status (failure/ customer rate)

5. Coordinate to related departments to improve quality problem

* Part Development & Localization Engineer (Kỹ sư Phát triển và Nội địa hóa linh kiện)

1. Parts development & localization

• Sourcing new potential suppliers

• Organizing new supplier registration audit

• RFI, RFQ, SOR and KPIS process management (KEFICO PURCHASING INFORMATION SYSTEM)

• Development planning (Proto/ISIR sample, part evaluation, TR, Reliability test,

Part approval, SOP)

• Controlling schedule and part quality for new project

2. Serial part management

• Part 6M/ECO change management

• Material shortage handling

• Material block stock controlling

3. Supplier management

• Regular supplier audit (5-star, craftsmanship audit…)

• Outsourcing asset management

• Local supplier post evaluation on delivery and quality...

4. New project management: sample preparation for event (M parts – LO/CKD sources) , parts packing standard handling, sample part improvement, BOM list, ECO &

Part approval monitoring

* Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer (Kỹ sư Bảo dưỡng)

• Oversea to study new technology and take over new projects

• Machines and equipment maintenance

• Repair and change equipment of machines

• Propose and make maintenance plan, manage necessary spare parts to ensure minimize machine breakdown

• Continue improvement machine & equipment ability to increase productivity and achieve the best quality

• Cost down activities implement, quality up

* Product Development Engineer (Kỹ sư Phát triển sản phẩm)

1) Project management:

- Project schedule, organization chart establishes

- Consultative meeting body meeting leading:

+ OPL management: Check progress status of major issues (OPL list, PM meeting)

+ Manage project progress status and identify risks/issues related to master schedule and sample events

+ Check the status of gate inspection based on master schedule

2) Production product's specification management

a) Product's design management for mass production support: (Drawing, Test specification, BOM list):

- Download, storage, update and distribution to related Team

b) Product's design change order management (ECO): Product's specification making, verifies and submit for approval by PDM system

c) Product's design change request management (ECR)

- Review design change request from related Team through product quality issue consultant

- Cooperate with KGP Design Team to define try-out (WOW) and submit for design change request by PDM system

3) Development Product management

- Variant Design development: Cooperate with Korea Design Team for SOR/RFQ analysis, Design concept and new drawing distribution

- Proto sample management: Planning, material receive and management, sample making and submit inspection data to KGP Proto Team
